Jessica Stiffler from Sarnia, Ontario, did not see another option than to file a case against two casinos where she had been a regular guest in the last two years. Somehow she managed to gamble away more than $ 5 million in a couple of years. Now she tries to blame the casinos for her irresponsible behavior.
Stiffler has filed a lawsuit against both the places where she used to hang out after work and on the weekends. She claims that these two places are responsible for her gambling addiction. It is not surprising that she is trying to go after the casinos, an observer of the gambling industry says. Stiffler misused almost the same amount she owes to the casinos from her working place probably with the aim to pay off the debt. “She was not able to take responsibility for her action”, the insider says. “Now she tries to solve the situation by filing a case.
